You can easily return or exchange your Online purchased items. You can only return and claim items that were bought at the g-lab Online Shop. If you acquired your items somewhere else, please contact the shop where you have bought them directly.
Returning your articles within Germany is free of charges. If returning goods from outside of Germany, please ensure the package is sent on a tracked and insured service or with ‘proof of postage’ like DHL, UPS etc.
The g-lab Online-Shop offers a 14 day right to return from receipt of the revocation instruction onwards, but not before receipt of the goods. Returning goods within Germany is free of charge insofar you use the DHL return dispatch. All returned goods from outside Germany remain the responsibility of the customer. For a return at the g-lab Online-Shop please use the exchange and return form and fill in all the needed information, and place it in your return package.
Returns from within GermanyIf you want to return Goods within Germany, please use this DHL LINK to create a consignment note by giving the order number. You will then receive a DHL consignment note as PDF, which you please print out and adhere to the return. You can hand in your return consignment comfortably to a post office. You will find a post office nearby at www.dhl.de. Please keep the original package delivery receipt with the tracking number for 6 months to make investigations easier for the rare case of a package loss. You will find further documents for a return sending inside your package.
Returns from outside GermanyIf returning goods from outside of Germany, please use your country DHL Retunrn Link from underneath. If you send your Return Package from a country not listed (ex: Sweden) please ensure the package is sent on a tracked service or with ‘proof of postage’ like DHL or UPS. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach g-lab The cost of returning goods to g-lab is the responsibility of the customer.
Please send all items of an order that you want to return or exchange in one shipment.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail directly after receipt of your returned sales.
After successful examination of your returned sales we refund immediately the incurred credit and inform you via e-mail about the crediting. The form of refund depends on the before selected payment method. Refund is automatically made to the credit card or PayPal account that was used for order. The value on your credit card account depends on your credit card institution and takes several days as experience shows. If you paid via Prepayment wire transfer please fill in all your bank and account details on the exchange and returned sales form, to be able to wire transfer the credit amount to your account.
To make a return or exchange, we need to receive the goods back to our office in their original condition – so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely and we recommend that you use a recorded or signed for delivery service.
g-lab is not obliged to accept the goods, if they have been used, worn, washed or damaged. Please also pay attention to returning the goods in their original state with all product labels and clothes hangers. In so far the goods have been used beyond necessary ways of testing/fitting, we reserve the right to assert claims for damages which can amount up to 100% of the purchase price.

If you wish an exchange for your article you can send it within the 14 day return limit. An exchange is however only possible if the item is available. Please take into account that we can exchange only for the same article into another size and/or color. An article cannot be changed into a completely new one. For this case, please place a new order. Please state the desired size and color, as well as the reason for the exchange, on the exchange or return form. Then we will send the article to you immediately after receipt, free of charge to the delivery address.
Please understand that we cannot exchange orders free of charge outside Germany.
g-lab items that were acquired at a retailer cannot be exchanged or claimed at the g-lab Online-Shop. Neither is an exchange of goods from the g-lab Shop possible at a retailer.
