Your order will be sent to you with DHL, Europe wide, to the address you gave. You can choose Standard or Express delivery option during the order process for a shipment within Germany. For all other countries we will ship via Standard delivery.

The offered goods are presented clearly and as far as possible corresponding to reality at www.g-lab.com. g-lab is not in the position to guarantee that the pictures and colors the Customer is shown on the screen match completely the reality, also due to different screen or graphic settings. All our goods are checked thoroughly for faults and defects before the dispatch. At the g-lab Online Shop you can easily and comfortably place orders twenty-four hours a day. Once you have selected one of our products and put it into your cart, you can comfortably conclude the order as you will be guided step-by-step through the order process.
After your order placement at the Online Shop you receive an order confirmation e-mail.
Please understand that we only accept orders that were placed through the Online-Shop, and cannot take orders via e-mail, mail, telephone or fax. The maximum order amount for your shopping in our Online Shop is € 3000.-
The product presentation displays all available items at the moment of your visit. Sizes that are not available are shown as inactive or greyed out. In rare cases it might happen that several customers accede to an item simultaneously, so it will be sold out at the moment of the order. Unfortunately, sold out items can normally not be reordered. In this case you receive the information about sell-out of the item via e-mail. In particular cases it might happen that an article will be available again at a later time due to an exchange.
In case you want to cancel your order, you can do it in writing until dispatch of the goods and by means of the dispatch confirmation received via e-mail. If the item has already been sent to you, you can return it to us free of charge within Germany, within the revocation time limit of 14 days.

Cancellation Policy advisory
The cancellation policy applies solely to consumers under § 13 of the German Civil Code of Law. Consumers are all individuals that complete a transaction that is not attributable to their commercial or self-employed occupation.
You may revoke your contract of purchase within 14 days without having to state reasons.
The allocated cancellation timeframe is 14 days, effective the day that you or an assigned third party, who may not be the carrier/courier, took said commodities into their possession.
To administer your right to cancel your order, you have to inform us, g-lab GmbH, Gladbacher Str. 78 , 40219 Düsseldorf, Germany, email@example.com, Phone +49 211 436 1670, Fax: +49 211 436 167 27, by sending us an explicit declaration stating that you are revoking your contract of purchase (for example: by sending us a letter by mail, fax, or an email). You may use the cancellation template that is attached; however, it is not mandatory to use this template.
It will suffice to send us your notification of repeal within the given cancellation timeframe in order for the 14-day cancellation timeframe to be granted.
If you revoke your contract of purchase, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including shipping costs (excluding additional shipping costs that result from choosing a different shipping option, other than the regular standard shipping option that we offer) immediately and within 14 days at most, effective the day that we receive your repeal.
The payment method which was used to make the transaction will also be used for the reimbursement, unless we have explicitly agreed to something else. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
We reserve the right to withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned items or until we have received your notification that you have returned the items, whichever comes first.
The items have to be sent back to us immediately and no later than fourteen days after the date on which you have notified us of the cancellation of this contract. The extended deadline will be granted if the items are sent back within fourteen days. All return shipments with Germany are at our expense.
You are only required to compensate us for any loss in value if the loss in value can be traced back to unnecessary handling, which goes beyond the admissible proofing of the condition of the item, its characteristics and functionality.

You can pay at the g-lab Online-Shop with PayPal (all countries), Sofortüberweisung (D/AT), Payment by Credit Card (all countries) and Payment against Invoice (D/AT).
We use verified encryption technologies for a secure purchase with credit cards at the g-lab Online-Shop to keep your data save from unauthorized access of Third Parties. All order and credit card data will be transferred encrypted with the 3D Secure Code scheme and naturally treated confidentially.
Credit Card Payment Procedure
Credit card payment is available in all countries
We accept Mastercard and Visa as a credit card for your purchase.
Insert all your credit card details on our 3D Secure Code encrypted payment page. When you are logged in to the 3D-Secure process through one of the registration methods as credit card owner, a further query window will open after entering the card details, which is connected to your bank and asks additionally for the Secure Code (a password chosen from you). The transaction will only take place with the correct password and the billing amount will be debited automatically upon dispatch of your order. You can find out from your bank if your credit card is authorized for this procedure.
Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the payment of the order.
PayPal Payment Procedure
For PayPal payment you will be redirected to the PayPal site during the order process where you can find out payment methods and enter your e-mail- or payment address. After successful payment you are taken back to the g-lab order process, whereby the order is successfully concluded. Return amounts are normally debited on your PayPal account. Sofortüberweisung is available for the following countries: Germany and Austria.
After you choose Sofortbanking as a payment method, you will be transferred to Sofortbanking. For further information, please visit https://www.sofort.com.
Refunds are issued to the bank account used for the payment of the order.
Payment against Invoice
Our German and Austrian customers have the additional option of "Purchase against invoice.”
Please select the option "Invoice" at order process step entitled "Payment method" if you would like to pay against invoice.
We use the payment provider Heidelberger Payment GmbH GmbH for the processing of purchases against invoice. The purchase against invoice option allows you to order your goods online and pay the invoice after you have received the delivery.
The transfer back of your refund amount will be done on the payment method chosen during your Order checkout.
